About Monica
Monica is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, GGS Certified Pre/Postnatal Coach, GGS Certified Women's Coaching Specialist, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She is very passionate in helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered as they navigate through major life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormone shifts, menopause, life balance, and more.
She helps clients learn how to exercise safely to support their mind and body throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery, incorporating movements that mimic those of everyday living to build strength and support a healthy pelvic floor. She also takes a special interest in hormonal health and works with her clients on developing healthy eating and lifestyle habits that support healthy hormone balance and mental/emotional health.
Whether you are simply in search of a trainer to support your health and wellness goals, looking for prenatal/postpartum support, or experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, irregular cycles, PMS symptoms, menopausal symptoms, and much more, Monica is the one for you! She will meet you where you are at on your health journey and guide you through safe exercises, nutrition support, and mindfulness practices to help support you and create a strong foundation throughout all areas of your health and wellness journey.

Workouts and Exercises
Postpartum training sessions can begin as early as 6 weeks after childbirth, once cleared by your physician. These sessions focus on gentle movements to help with rehab and recovery, improve function of the core and pelvic floor, along with rebuilding strength and aerobic capacity. I coach proper alignment on basic exercises that will support you in all the same ways you might be moving about the house and caring for your newborn.
Prenatal training sessions focus on incorporating exercises that help support the body and build strength and endurance, by use of your own bodyweight, dumbbells, or machines, getting you prepared for the biggest event in this stage of your life; childbirth!
Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching
As a health coach, I help others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs. Using the "Circle of Life" tool, I emphasize health beyond the food plate by first focusing on nourishment through primary foods, such as your relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and environment. From there, we then look at your secondary foods, the foods that you actually eat.
As your guide, we work together to create sustainable, long lasting health habits that will help bring balance back into your life. You get to decide what is realistic for you and together we create the steps that will help you achieve your goals and carry you on your health and wellness journey.
